Again, I stopped in for a loaf of their fresh warm Italian bread. Absolutely the best tasting homemade bread I’ve had in a long time! And I love fresh baked bread. It’s actually now becoming a destination point to bring a loaf of bread home.

We used to go to DiMaio's when they had a restaurant in Hamburg and always loved the food. We were happy to see they had opened a new restaurant in Orwigsburg. The new restaurant is very nice, that staff is courteous, the service was fast, and the food was great and just as good as I remember it. They were doing a very brisk takeout business too. I had the shrimp scampi and my wife had the chicken Riviera. There was enough for both of us to take a "doggie bag" home and made another meal of the leftovers.

The only thing you might want to do is be prepared to wait a little longer for your food as the kitchen is slammed. This food was delicious all the way. The servers are awesome. They are very very busy, yet they don't forget about you.

Located in Orwigsburg, this BYOB establishment offers a cozy, comfortable, and casual vibe for those looking to relax and enjoy an authentic Italian meal. Just right off of a busy E Market Street, DiMaios Mustard Seed Cafe is a family-owned/operated business where the next generation has taken over from their father. My partner, his aunt, our friend and I had ordered the previous evening for takeout and decided on a repeat performance the next day. Outdoor seating was available with portable heaters on those cool evenings. For some of us as first-timers to dine in on a busy Saturday night, the wait was about 25 minutes, and we got the next available table right by the kitchen, where magic happens. We decided on the Calamari Marinara, Caesar Salad, Lasagna, Small Garden Salad, and Sunburst Salad. The food was delicious, made fresh, and cooked to perfection. Fried calamari paired with their homemade marinara sauce, which can be purchased, had great flavor and was not chewy. The portions were generous, and the price didn’t break one’s wallet. Our server, Jess, was friendly and accommodating. I had the opportunity to speak with Jack DiMaio, sitting at the next table. Hailing from Sicily, the patriarch has brought his mother’s tried and true recipes. As we were about to leave, the chef/one of the sons, Jack thanked us for dining. Even though it was only a couple of hours, it was time well spent, just like being in Jersey, which we can recommend.

My first time here, drove an hour and it did not disappoint! I got (pictured) cinnamon bun cappuccino, bruschetta, bourbon apple pizza, penne vodka and tiramisu. The food and staff were amazing!! I would love to come back and try more of the menu!!

First time patron today, but I will definitely be back. A chef friend and I are were quite impressed at our meals. The linguine with marinara was delicious in its own right, but the salmon stuffed with crab cake was really one of the best things I've ever tasted. And the friendly wait staff made it a special lunch today. I regret not buying a jar of that marina, though. It'll happen on my next visit, for sure.

This is a fabulous Italian restaurant, with delicious, made to order authentic Italian food, service is amazing, the whole staff is hustling and working very hard during our visit there. Went on Father's Day for lunch, they accommodated us, table for two, without a reservation, however, I would suggest going on a weekend or a special occasion a reservation would be a better idea. Are waitress, olivia, couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Are food came out in a very timely manner, portions were very generous. Taste beyond outstanding. I had the chicken parm, ricotta stuffed eggplant and Caesar salad. My husband enjoyed mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad, and stuff founder. As we were leaving there were guests in line out the door waiting to get in, it's really that good and worth the wait. Highly recommend and definitely going back!
